In an effort to save money the late Olds produced Reynolds Contempora doubles were fitted with these awful spatulas made out of flat stock and bent 90 degrees. A real low point in the contempora horns.

  1. But they were REALLY effective at getting your fingers stuck BETWEEN the spatulas! I’ve got another bad spatula design for you–Paxman late 1960s. One piece cast metal, with the fixing rod drilled through the piece at a very strange spot–I’ll have to show you photos. Most people would get them ripped off and replaced with either Yamaha or Alex….
