Recently completed Holton 180 now 280. The complete valve cluster is 179 NiSi. The first branch, Bell tail and some tuning turns are brass. Screwbelled with the proper Holton 279/280/105 ringset. Unlike the Model 77 I completed about 10 days age the valves have not been plated, but retain very good compression. Replaced leadpipe, the original was badly bent and crimped within the sleeve. Through my bore scope it appeared to have a slight crack, not worth hanging on to… Badged with a Brass Michigan, an indicator of major service and customization, Either a flipper or Holton adj. pinky hook will be added per the clients request.
